I requisiti per le pensioni di invalidità tornano come prima della manovra. E' stata ripristinata al 74% la soglia di invalidità per ottenere l’assegno. Viene dunque cancellato l’innalzamento all’85% che era stato introdotto dal governo per risparmiare sulle spese per gli invalidi. Verranno effettuati controlli più frequenti e severi per stanare i falsi invalidi.
